Turkish stocks up 0.41% at Monday's close

Turkey’s benchmark stock index closed at 1,474.72 points on Monday, up 0.41% from the previous close.

Starting the day at 1,471.61 points, Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index gained 6.05 points from Friday’s close of 1,468.67 points.

One ounce of gold traded for $1,823.00 by market close, down from $1,831.20 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul’s Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.

The price of Brent crude oil was around $72.12 per barrel as of 6.20 p.m. local time (1520GMT).
