Turkey’s benchmark stock index ended Friday at 121,474.75 points, up 0.39% from previous close. 

Starting the day at 121,619 points, Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index gained 473.91 points from Thursday’s close at 121,000.85 points. 

During Friday’s trading, the BIST 100 hovered between 120,596.94 points and 121,874.29 points, the highest level of all times, — 37 stocks on the index rose, 54 fell and the remaining flat compared to the previous close. 

Closing the day with a market value of nearly 830 billion Turkish liras ($141 billion), the benchmark index posted a daily trading volume of 10.5 billion Turkish liras
