ANKARA
Turkey’s benchmark stock index ended the week at 1,528.99 points, down 1.41% from previous close.
Starting Friday at 1,548.53 points, Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index lost 21.94 points over Thursday’s close of 1,550.93 points.
The price of one ounce of gold was $1,741.60 by market close, up from $1,730.40 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul’s Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $63.80 per barrel as of 6.10 p.m. local time (1510GMT) on Friday.
