Turkey’s hammer thrower Esref Apak will compete in the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Apak, 37, secured a spot for the Olympic team by tossing the mallet 77.56 meters in local competition, surpassing the 77.50-meter threshold.

The four-time Olympian previously made the team in Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016.
