Turkey’s benchmark stock index closed the day at 114,753.97 points on Monday, up 0.94% from the previous close.
Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index started the day at 114,057.03 points. As of the daily close, it gained 1,070.36 points from last week’s close of 113,683.61 points.
The price of one ounce of gold was around $1,512 by market close, up from $1,510 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul’s Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $67 per barrel as of 6 p.m. (1500GMT) on Monday.
