Turkey’s benchmark stock index closed the day at 109,536.92 points on Thursday, up 0.39% from the previous close.
Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index started the day at 109,383.75 points. As of the daily close, it earned 425.58 points from the midweek’s close of 109,111.34 points.
The price of one ounce of gold was $1,714 by market close, up from $1,709.50 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul’s Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $39.50 per barrel as of 6 p.m. (1500GMT) on Thursday.
