Turkey exported 3,980 tons of salmon in the first month of 2021 with a total value of $19.8 million, also up 73% on a value basis, according to the information from the Eastern Black Sea Exporters’ Association.

The exports went to 23 countries, with Russia, Germany, and Vietnam as the main destinations.
