Turkey on Friday condemned a suicide bomb attack in Tunisia, which killed a security officer and injured four others.
“We wish for God’s mercy for the deceased security officer and speedy recovery to the wounded,” the Turkish foreign ministry said in a statement.
“Turkey will continue to stand in solidarity with Tunisia in its fight against terrorism,” read the statement.
Earlier on Friday, two suicide bombers on motorbikes blew themselves up near the U.S. Embassy in the capital Tunis. Embassy staff was unharmed in the attack.
