ANKARA
Turkey on Friday condemned a deadly terror attack in the Afghan capital Kabul.
“We strongly condemn today’s heinous terrorist attack that has targeted a mosque in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul. We are concerned about the recent increase in the number of attacks targeting places of worship in Afghanistan,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“We wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, and a swift recovery to the injured, and convey our condolences to the friendly and brotherly people of Afghanistan,” it added.
The terrorist attack took place in a mosque during Friday prayer and killed at least four people.
