MOSCOW

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday discussed the implementation of the Russia-Turkey deal on Syria with the country’s Security Council members, the Kremlin said on Saturday.

“Vladimir Putin chaired a briefing with permanent members of the Security Council. […] They [members of the Security Council] had a comprehensive exchange of opinions on the implementation of the Memorandum agreed on by the presidents of Russia and Turkey on the situation in Syria,” the Kremlin said in a statement.
