ANKARA

Turkish pentathlon athlete Ilke Ozyuksel, who participated in the 2016 Rio Olympics, is working hard make the it to the 2020 Tokyo Games.

The 23 year-old, being the first-ever in her category to represent Turkey at the 2016 Games works at least eight hours to get qualified.

“I aspire to join the Olympic games. I work for eight hours minimum everyday. Normally I was not busy at weekends but nowadays I am busier and I don’t take a rest,” the holder of seven world records told Anadolu Agency. “We usually prepare on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
