MALATYA, Turkey
Turkish forces seized over 1,500 cannabis roots in a raid in eastern Turkey, authorities said on Wednesday.
Provincial gendarmerie teams seized 1,530 cannabis roots in the Akcadag district of Malatya province, according to a statement by the provincial governor’s office.
One suspect was arrested in the operation, the statement said.
