Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway moves to full capacity as Türkiye's transport minister attends opening
Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu will attend an official symbolic ceremony in Georgia tomorrow marking the move of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) Railway Line to full-capacity operation.
