LeBron James passed Kobe Bryant on Saturday evening to become third in NBA’s all-time career scoring list.

During the game where Philadelphia 76ers beat Los Angeles Lakers 108-91 at home, James finished with 29 points 7 rebounds and 8 assists.

James (33,655 points) passed Bryant (33,643 points) to become the third most points scoring player in NBA history.

Kareem Abdul Jabbar’s elusive 38,387 points-record for best all-time is yet to be broken, and James is the closest active player to do so.

Karl Malone scored 36,928 career points to rank second.
