The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Detroit Pistons 115-112 on Thursday night in the NBA.

Cavaliers’ power forward Tristan Thompson dominated the game with double-double, producing 35 points and 14 rebounds, to bring the win to his team after five games in the NBA.

Point guards Darius Garland scored 20 points while Collin Sexton added 19 points to the win at the Little Caesars Arena.
