ANKARA
10-time NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony has become a Portland Trail Blazers player on Tuesday, the Western Conference franchise confirmed.
“Carmelo is an established star in this league that will provide a respected presence in our locker room and a skill set at a position of need on the floor,” Trail Blazers’ President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey said on the club website.
It is said that Anthony will wear No. 00 in the Trail Blazers.
The 35-year-old power forward averaged 24 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3 assists in 1,064 NBA games throughout his career.
