Adrien Moerman scored the game-winner at the buzzer Friday to lead Anadolu Efes to a 82-81 win against Panathinaikos in a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague clash.

Anadolu Efes had a good start to the game, building a 17-12 lead at the end of the first quarter in the Round 22 game.

The visitors were better in the second quarter, going into the half with a 42-39 lead at the Sinan Erdem Dome in Istanbul.

But Anadolu Efes took a three-point advantage into the fourth quarter and secured a remarkable win thanks to Moerman’s go-ahead three-pointer with 1.1 seconds left in a hard-fought game.

Vasilije Micic was the high scorer with 20 points and Moerman added 15 for Anadolu Efes, which are currently in eighth place with 10 wins and 10 losses.

Shane Larkin had 11 points.

Nemanja Nedovic scored 20 points and Daryl Macon finished with 17 for Panathinaikos.

The Greek side fell to a 4-15 win/loss record, sitting in 17th place and extending their losing streak to five games.
