Jacob Hindsgaul Madsen of the Uno-X Pro Cycling Team on Sunday won the 2022 Tour of Antalya in the scenic province on the Turkish Mediterranean.

After Jakub Marek Mareczko’s victory in the bike race’s final stage, Danish cyclist Madsen, 21, won the overall in the fourth edition of the Antalya race.

Over 160 athletes from 14 countries competed in the race, which spans more than 600 kilometers (373 miles) in four stages in Side, Kemer, Aspendos, and Antalya, all famed spots along the Turkish Riviera.

The first three editions of the tour were won by Artem Ovechkin of Russia in 2018, Szymon Rekita of Poland in 2019, and Max Stedman of Great Britain in 2020.
