ANKARA
The world football governing body confirmed Thursday it would allow national federations to open the summer transfer window for next season before the 2019-20 season is completed.
FIFA said temporary regulations were made to status and transfer orders for players in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Players will have the opportunity to play for three clubs in the same season, it added.
