ANKARA
Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas announced Thursday that Kevin-Prince Boateng has left the team.
The Black-Eagles said that Boateng, whose contract with the club has expired, said goodbye to head coach Sergen Yalcin, technical team, and the players at the BJK Nevzat Demir Facilities.
Boateng, 33, scored three goals and one assist in 11 games with the club.
He had joined Besiktas on Jan. 31 from Italy’s Fiorentina.
The club thanked the Ghanaian midfielder for his contributions and wished him success in his future endeavors.
