ISTANBUL (AA) – Galatasaray on Friday will seek their eighth win, facing off against Fatih Karagumruk in week 13 of the Turkish Super Lig.

The opening game will kick off at 7 p.m. local time (1600GMT) at Istanbul’s Esenyurt Necmi Kadioglu stadium.

At the end of matchday 12, the Lions had collected 23 points with seven wins, two draws, and two defeats, putting them in the number two spot, while by winning in four, drawing in five, and losing three matches, Fatih Karagumruk are now in ninth place with 17 points.

Galatasaray’s Falcao, Fernando Muslera, and Marcelo Saracchi will not play tonight due to injuries.

Kerem Akturkoglu is also off the squad after testing positive for coronavirus.

For Fatih Karagumruk, Ervin Zukanovic and Cristobal Jorquera will not be able to compete for their team due to injuries, and Erik Sabo and Badou Ndiaye will miss the clash due to yellow card suspension.

Aytemiz Alanyaspor, now on top of the Super Lig, will play against Yukatel Denizlispor on Sunday, while third-place Fenerbahce will face Gaziantep FK on Saturday.

On Sunday, Besiktas will take on Buyuksehir Belediye Erzurumspor​​​​​​​ at home.
