Anadolu Efes jumped to the top of Basketball Super Lig after Saturday's Darussafaka Tekfen victory in Istanbul.
Efes defeated Darussafaka with an 81-70 score in an away game, while the Istanbul side had 14 wins in 14 games.
In an Istanbul derby, Fenerbahce Beko beat Galatasaray Doga Sigorta 87-73 for the 12th victory of the season.
Fenerbahce are currently in the second spot as they improved to 12-3 in the league win/loss table.
Galatasaray suffered their 10th loss in 15 games with this defeat.
In the opening game of the week, Pinar Karsiyaka beat Besiktas SJ 84-72 to remain in the third spot with a 12-3 win/loss this season.
