TRENTON, Canada
Canada reported its first death from the coronavirus Monday, a male in his 80s who had existing health problems. He was a resident of a Vancouver nursing home.
“This is obviously a very sad day for all of us, but especially for the family and loved ones of the man who passed away at the Lynn Valley care home,” said British Columbia Health Minister Adrian Dix.
A female in her 70s in the home has also tested positive for the COVID-19 and is in stable condition.
