Armenian artillery fire killed two civilians on Monday in western Azerbaijan, wounding two others.
In a statement, prosecutors said Armenian forces fired upon Azerbaijan’s Terter region in the evening hours.
Two brothers were killed and two others injured in the town of Shihah, the authorities said.
Another civilian in Terter was also killed due to artillery fire by Armenian forces in the morning.
