Antalyaspor hold to draw against Genclerbirligi away

Genclerbirligi drew with Fraport TAV Antalyaspor 1-1 in the closing match of the Turkish Super Lig’s 25th week.

At Eryaman Stadium in the capital Ankara, the home team’s Giovanni Sio scored the opening goal in the 53rd minute as Antalyaspor responded when Lukas Podolski put the ball in Genclerbirligi’s net in the 82nd minute, making 1-1.

After tonight’s game, with 28 points, Genclerbirligi remains in 11th place while Antalyaspor reached 27 points in 12th place.

As of Week 25 in the Super Lig, Medipol Basaksehir stood atop the Turkish Super Lig with 52 points.
