Foreign Ministers Of Countries Neighboring Iraq Convene In Riyadh

RIYADH - Foreign ministers of countries neighboring Iraq convened on Friday in a dinner after regional consultation meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Ministers will decide whether a second meeting is necessary in the dinner, while technical studies for the joint declaration, which will be announced after the meeting, are continuing.
Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul held bilateral contacts within the scope of meeting. Gul held bilateral meetings with foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Foreign ministers reached consensus on improvement of cooperation in economy, investment and tourism fields at the meetings.
Foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait underlined that they attributed great importance to Turkey and relations with Turkey and said that they had political will on improvement of relations at the maximum level.
It was stated at the meetings that Turkey was an indispensable bridge between those countries and western countries.
Gul invited amir of Bahrain to Turkey.
Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faysal said that Saudi investors considered Turkey as the most important country.
