WASHINGTON - State Minister for Treasury Ali Babacan, currently in Washington to participate in spring term meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, met on Sunday with World Bank President James Wolfensohn.
Babacan earlier held separate meetings with World Bank Vice President Johannes Linn, American Eximbank President Phillip Merrill, and International Finance Committee (IFC) Chairman Peter Woicke.
State Minister Babacan is also expected to meet with IMF Managing Director Horst Koehler.
