Gul: We Have Not Given Any Note To United States

ANKARA - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul said on Monday that they had not given any note to the United States.
Replying to questions if a note was given to the United States regarding Mosul and Kirkuk, Gul said, ''I don't understand how these claims are made.''
Gul noted that everybody including the United States knew Turkey's concerns about Mosul and Kirkuk.
Stating that the United States had assurances about that issue, Gul said that everything would be within that frame.
Gul pointed out that there were things that Turkey had to do against civilian losses.
The officials of the Red Crescent and the United States would hold a meeting on Tuesday to debate aid to children and women in Iraq, Gul stated.
Gul said that the Red Crescent would sent eight trucks of aid to Iraq on Tuesday, adding that the Health Ministry was exerting assistance to those who suffered damage in Iraq.
