National Security Council To Convene On Friday

ANKARA - National Security Council (NSC) will convene on Friday under the leadership of President Ahmet Necdet Sezer.
The regular monthly meeting of the NSC will start at 13.30 p.m.
Internal and external developments will be taken up in the meeting.
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan who founded the 59th government will attend the NSC meeting for the first time.
There is no change in the government members of the NSC other than Former State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ertugrul Yalcýnbayýr and Former Foreign Minister Yasar Yakýs, who are not in the new government. Prime Minister of the 58th government Abdullah Gul will attend NSC's meeting as the Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister.
