JEDDAH - State Minister Kursad Tuzmen, who is currently paying an official visit to Saudi Arabia, met on Sunday with Saudi Commerce Minister Usama Jafar Faqih.
Speaking at the meeting, Tuzmen stressed that cooperation between Turkish and Saudi governments should be accelerated in order to improve bilateral commercial relations.
''Our commercial relations will accelerate after signing of agreements on mutual encouragement of investments, prevention of double taxation and cooperation in customs,'' he said.
Tuzmen informed Saudi Commerce Minister Faqih on problems of Turkish transporters in Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, Faqih said in his part that they aimed at further improving bilateral relations with Turkey in every field.
Faqih added that problems of Turkish and Saudi entrepreneurs could be resolved in cooperation.
