Babacan: Studies Regarding First Letter Of Intent Continue

ANKARA - State Minister Ali Babacan said on Monday that studies regarding first letter of intent continue and they would hold another meeting in the afternoon.
Babacan hosted a luncheon in honor of British Chief Secretary to the Treasury Paul Boateng at Bilkent Hotel.
Babacan released a statement prior to meeting and said that they held important meetings to increase economic cooperation between Turkey and Britain and the meetings would continue. He added that they would release speeches with Boateng in a seminar on cooperation of public and private sectors.
Noting that studies were largely on public investments that should be made by private sector, Babacan said that there were good examples on this issue in Britain and added that Turkey would like to benefit from those examples.
Babacan said that they would like to increase public and private sector cooperation.
