MOSCOW - A fair entitled ''the first International Textim-Expo Cloth, Thread and Accessories'' which was held in Moscow and in which 82 Turkish firms joined ended on Sunday.
A symposium entitled, ''Turkish textile industry's export potential to Russian Federation'' was held in the fair.
Turkish Textile Employers' Association (TUTSIS) Secretary General Metin Emiroglu who delivered a speech at the symposium said that Russia was very important for Turkish businessmen and stated that Turkish businessmen should aim at improving commercial relations with neighboring countries.
Emiroglu said that Turkey should improve its trade volume with Russian Federation.
Many companies from Russia, Turkey, Germany, Poland, Britain, Italy and Uzbekistan attended the fair.
