ANKARA - Justice and Development Party (AK Party) Group Acting Chairman Salih Kapusuz, speaking about voting of Prime Ministry motion, pointed out on Friday that, ''only one voting will take place for both deployment of foreign soldiers and dispatch of Turkish soldiers abroad. We will submit a motion in this direction in case disagreement takes place.''
Responding to the questions of reporters, Kapusuz said Prime Ministry motion was one of the decisions of the Parliament that should be voted, and stated that it should be voted by itself.
When Kapusuz was reminded that there were examples that Prime Ministry motions, having two elements, were put to two separate votings in the past, he said, ''of course, you can vote the motion in two sections. Yet, you can also submit a motion to hold only one voting.''
Kapusuz said the decision that would be taken in National Security Council (NSC) today would not bind the Parliament, stating that, ''authority and responsibility of every institution is in its own field. Will of parliament is above all. Whatever decision the Parliament issues, it is essential for us.''
