ANKARA - The Republican People's Party (CHP) decided on Thursday to vote against a motion on deployment of foreign soldiers in Turkey and dispatch of Turkish soldiers abroad.
CHP leader Deniz Baykal made a speech in the extraordinary meeting of his party and later CHP deputy leader Mustafa Ozyurek read the proposal of CHP parliamentarians which asked the party to vote against the motion on allowing in foreign soldiers and sending Turkish soldiers abroad.
The proposal was adopted at the meeting.
