Shares Of Yapi Ve Kredi Bankasi And Turkcell To Be Transferred To S.D.I.F.

ISTANBUL - Shares of Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi and Turkcell owned by Cukurova Group and some of its partnerships will be transferred to Savings Deposits Insurance Fund (SDIF) within the framework of a protocol signed by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) and Cukurova Group.
The decision was announced by a statement sent to the Istanbul Stock Exchange by the BRSA on Wednesday.
