ADANA/ISKENDERUN - A ship belonging to U.S. fleet and two Ro-Ro ships carrying military equipment and vehicles came to the Iskenderun Port on Tuesday.
The cargo ship named ''Cappella'' of 48 thousand 143 gross tons in weight was pulled by five tug-boats.
Two Ro-Ro ships named ''Gute'' and ''Rozano'' which are stated to be loaded with vehicles and containers are being kept in the Gulf for completion of procedures.
Meanwhile, personnel continued to place vehicles and equipment unloaded from Ro-Ro ship named Antares which left the port on Monday night while work machines were operating in the port.
In the meantime, Incirlik Base in Yuregir town of southern Adana province has been active since early on Tuesday morning. F-16, Prowlers and cargo planes landed at Incirlik Base while one Awacs, F-15, F-16, Prowlers and cargo planes took off from the base.
Also, ground handling continued at Incirlik Base. Doors of some hangars were open and renovation in the base continued.
