ANKARA - International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank delegations continue their works at Treasury Undersecretariat.
Sources told the A.A correspondent on Tuesday that the bank delegation which came to Turkey to discuss Second Public and Finance Sector Adjustment Loan (PFPSAL-II) was holding a meeting with participation of officials at Treasury Undersecretariat.
Turkey has not yet taken the second and third tranches of 1 billion 350 million U.S. dollars of PFPSAL-II as it could not provide necessary conditions. The bank lent first tranche of 450 million U.S. dollars in August 2002.
World Bank delegation will stay in Turkey for a week.
IMF delegation chaired by IMF's Turkey Desk Chief Juha Kahkonen continues holding meetings at Treasury Undersecretariat. IMF's Representative in Turkey Odd Per Brekk is also attending meetings.
