ANTALYA - Southern Antalya province raised an income of 21 million U.S. dollars through exports in the first and a half months of 2003 when compared with the same period of the previous year.
According to figures of Antalya Exporters Association, exports from Antalya rose by 6 percent in the first one and a half months of 2003 when compared with the same period of the previous year.
Antalya mainly exported cereals, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh and vegetable products, dried fruit, flower, woodwork, textile and raw materials, leather and leather products, carpets, chemicals, textile products, vehicles and by-industry, electrical and electronical devices and machines, ferrous and non-ferrous products, cement and minerals between January 1 and February 15.
