Denktas Meets With De Soto

LEFKOSA - President Rauf Denktas of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) met on Saturday with United Nations (U.N.) Secretary General Kofi Annan's Special Envoy to Cyprus Alvaro De Soto.
No statement was made to reporters prior to talks in Presidency.
Denktas, who made a statement on Friday, reacted to the attitude of De Soto who had given information to Ankara, regarded with the changes in the plan which U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan would present, before he asked his own views.
