Talks On Memorandum Of Understanding Resume

ANKARA - Talks on memorandum of understanding between Turkey and the United States on military issues within the scope of possible action again Iraq resumed on Saturday.
Deniz Bolukbasi and Marisa Lino chair the talks carried out in Foreign Ministry.
The talks had been suspended for two days as directives have not come from Washington to the U.S. delegation.
Disarmament of Kurdish groups, structure of Iraqi army and rights of Turkmens following the Iraqi operation are among the issues.
