ANKARA - State Minister Ali Babacan said on Thursday about negotiations between Turkey and the United States on a possible military operation against Iraq, ''we are opposed to connecting donations and loans with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Responding questions of journalists, Babacan said that the negotiations had still been continuing.
''There are many issues to negotiate. We have been holding negotiations also on other issues except for economy. We could not receive response of the United States yet about most of the issues,'' he added.
