ANKARA - Turkey and Greece will start negotiations concerning security and guarantorship on Cyprus on February 21 in Ankara.
Diplomatic sources said on Monday that the first part of negotiations which would be held on technical level was expected to be held in Ankara on February 21.
Deputy Undersecretary Baki Ilkin is expected to be the chairman of Turkish delegation.
Greek Foreign Minister George Papandreou had suggested that parts on security arrangements and guarantorship of the United Nations' Cyprus Plan should be negotiated between Turkey and Greece.
