Penguen Gida Launches Initiative To Buy Bulgarian Company

ISTANBUL - Penguen Gida Sanayi Inc., a canned food company, launched an initiative to buy the biggest canned and frozen food company of Bulgaria.
A statement of Penguen Gida said on Sunday that official negotiations started to purchase Storko AD company, which had 55 percent share in canned and frozen food market in Bulgaria.
The Storko AD was equipped with the most advanced technology, the statement added.
