Gumushane Exports 24 Tons Of Rose Hip To Germany

GUMUSHANE - Northeastern Gumushane province exported 24 tons of rose hip to Germany in January 2003.

Gumushane Gumussu company Director General Yuksel Demir told A.A correspondent on Sunday that the city sent rose hip marmalade, juice and tea to Germany worth of 27 thousand euros at the end of January.

Demir said that they sent 48 tons of rose hip products to Germany in 2002 and obtained 40 thousand euros.

Noting that there was demand also from Britain, Demir said that they sent 20 tons of rose hip products to that country.
