ISTANBUL - A mild earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale jolted eastern province of Erzincan at 7.09 p.m. on Wednesday.
Istanbul-based Kandilli Observatory Seismology Institute said that the earthquake was centered on the rural area northwest of Erzincan.
