Arinc: Politicians Have Always Been Of Similar Opinion About Cyprus Issue

ANKARA - Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc said on Friday that politicians had always been of similar opinion about Cyprus issue.
Arinc visited Justice and Development Party (AK Party) leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Answering questions of reporters following the meeting, Arinc told reporters that Cyprus issue was a very important issue and a national case for Turkey.
Arinc said that there were not any differences between his and Erdogan's statements about Cyprus.
They were of the same opinion about security of Turkey and taking under guarantee security of the kinsmen living there, Arinc noted.
Arinc added, ''however, he has some views about exerting efforts for solution of the ongoing issue. To this end, it is not possible to talk about difference in points of view. We, as the politicians, have always been of the same opinion about Cyprus issue. We hope and wish that an agreement which will take under guarantee future of Turkish Cypriots and under which Turkish Cypriots can live in tranquility, happiness and welfare, will be reached.''
