Turkey Ranked Second In Fourth International Cairo Nile Festival

CAIRO - Turkey was ranked second in the Fourth International Nile Music Festival held in Egyptian capital Cairo under the auspices of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's wife Suzan Mubarak.
Turkey joined the festival with a song titled ''This World is Ours'' composed by Meltem and Eser Taskiran.
Ten-year-old Anil Kirkyildiz sang the song and came on the second place in the category of musicians aged between 5 and 13.
Turkish Ambassador to Egypt Korkmaz Haktanir and his wife Handan Haktanir were in attendance at the festival.
A total of 40 musicians from 24 countries participated in the festival.
