Gul Sends Message To Israeli Prime Minister Sharon

ANKARA - Prime Minister Abdullah Gul sent a message to Ariel Sharon, who was re-elected prime minister in the general elections in Israel, and highlighted importance of finding a peaceful solution to the Middle East dispute.
Releasing a statement, Prime Ministry Press Center said on Thursday that Prime Minister Gul had sent a message to Israeli Prime Minister Sharon.
In his message, Prime Minister Gul said, ''finding a peaceful solution to the Middle East dispute is of vital importance. Turkey is willing and ready to make contributions to processes which will provide Israeli and Palestinian peoples with a peaceful and safe atmosphere.''
Prime Minister Gul added that Turkey was determined to maintain its relations with Israel.
