National Education Minister Mumcu Receives Friedman

ANKARA - National Education Minister Erkan Mumcu received on Thursday Dr. Michel Friedman, head of the European Jewish Congress.
Friedman said that Turkey, a country where several religions co-existed, could play an important role against radicalism and terrorism.
Responding to a question on a possible operation against Iraq, Friedman claimed that this country posed a threat for a free world.
Friedman said that Iraqi head of state Saddam Hussein should understand that time was running out.
