Upon a question, Yalcinbayir said that it was not right to talk about monetary value of ensuring peace and added that all organizations including United Nations (U.N.) and the European Union (EU) were set up with peaceful aims.
Yalcinbayir said, ''humanity should not act contradictorily. On one side some people talk about peace and on the other side they attempt to stage a war by using science and technology. Turkey's entering such a war and other country's entering this war do not serve interests of the world. We should take into consideration humane values.''
Stating that what was important was to serve settlement of peace in the world, he said, ''we are in favor of peace. We aim to ensure peace till the very end. Turkey's most important message to the world is 'Peace at Home, Peace in the World'. We are a very powerful country and our aim is to be among leading 10 countries of the world. We should work to ensure peace in society and in the world to achieve this goal.''
